Client Need: Stakeholders were seeing a decline in overall satisfaction with leadership shown in the results of an annual employee workplace survey.
Response: 50 microlearning modules with learning objectives targeted at leadership roles were created. These upskill experiences required 5-10 minutes each week of eLearning time and an easy to implement challenge. Utilizing a variety of multimedia tools and the latest instructional design methodologies, I met with subject matter experts and curated the content to author and deploy this project.
Outcome: Overwhelmingly positive experiences on opinion survey sent to leadership participants. Employees were given an annual satisfaction survey, and a 10% growth in overall satisfaction was seen after implementing these trainings for one year.
